La Facoltà dell’Errore/The Faculty of error ( English version below)
È una proposta di formazione, ricerca e creazione dedicata a giovani artisti teatrali che vogliono completare il proprio percorso formativo.
È un’esperienza strutturata in 6 sessioni intensive della durata di 4 settimane ciascuna, intervallate da 5 mesi di pausa, la prossima delle quali si terrà dal 15 al 12 settembre 2025.
Il progetto educativo è indirizzato ad attori e registi che abbiano una formazione di base generale e che vogliono consolidare i propri strumenti e acquisirne di più specifici attraverso la pratica. Si sviluppa attraverso un’alternanza di lezioni teoriche, training pratici, lavoro autonomo, progetti di ricerca e di creazione di spettacoli.
Il lavoro è di natura applicativa e consiste nell’acquisire tecniche e pratiche sceniche di Teatro dei Borgia, partecipando attivamente ai processi della compagnia che ospiterà il percorso presso la propria sede a Sambuceto, a 12 minuti dal centro di Pescara, mettendo a disposizione i propri artisti come tutor e insegnanti.
Le sessioni sono di carattere intensivo e richiedono la frequenza quotidiana per 6 giorni alla settimana per un minimo di 44 ore settimanali.
Alcune fasi e sessione speciali si svolgeranno in affiancamento alla compagnia durante le tournée o in location individuate insieme ai partner di progetto.
È inoltre prevista la realizzazione di spettacoli e la presentazione al pubblico come momento formativo essenziale per la pratica teatrale.

TB
TB – Teatro dei Borgia Impresa Sociale è una compagnia di teatro d’arte, vocata all’innovazione e alla creazione contemporanea, che opera per scomodare il mondo attraverso il teatro e il teatro attraversando il mondo. È riconosciuta e sostenuta dal Ministero della Cultura e da Regione Puglia. Collabora stabilmente con teatri e festival di rilievo nazionale, aggiudicandosi numerosi premi per il lavoro degli attori e per l’innovatività dei progetti.
Manifesto
Errore è la parola che unisce teatro d’arte e scienze umane: entrambi soffocano senza Errore; entrambi della ricerca scientifica condividono rigore e metodo; entrambi esplorano strade che solo i vicoli ciechi sanno svelare, entrambi vivono grazie al continuo prevalere di nuove domande sulle risposte raggiunte. Non esiste scoperta scientifica senza curiosità e creatività; non esiste teoria che non sia nata dalla “confutazione” di ciò che si dava per noto; non esiste creazione artistica che non sorga da una irrefrenabile irrequietezza, dalla brama di superare i precedenti confini. Il teatro d’arte non “racconta” le scienze umane, vive il metodo della scienza, gli slanci, gli “inciampi”, le conquiste: da qui, ormai da molti anni, l’impegno di TB a promuovere l’attività artistica in un’ottica esplorativa, tramandando il senso più profondo della ricerca infinita.
Metodo
Il lavoro della compagnia è orientato alla ricerca e alla sperimentazione di nuove forme artistiche e incoraggia inedite modalità di produzione, creazione, espressione e fruizione. Per TB l’indagine sulla persona è il fondamento del lavoro. L’attore di TB si immerge nei contesti sociali, economici e culturali che vuole raccontare. La ricerca artistica diviene una questione esistenziale, connaturata, consustanziale. La realtà è il campo di ricerca sul quale TB lavora e le problematiche cogenti della contemporaneità sono la fonte dalla quale il lavoro artistico prende forma. Dal 2015 TB affronta il processo di creazione artistica immergendosi completamente in contesti reali, compiendo percorsi di ricerca sul campo, dai quali poi nascono lavori esperienziali che vengono proposti nei contesti di comunità e in una modalità di rottura della canonica relazione palcoscenico/platea. TB mette l’artista nella condizione di andare incontro all’imprevisto con devozione, alla ricerca dell’Errore. Un processo che avanza per approssimazioni successive, per azioni da verificare e falsificare, per errori che svelano e producono traiettorie imprevedibili. Le prove non finiscono mai. Il processo è il prodotto di TB.
Il buon insegnamento è per un quarto preparazione e per tre quarti teatro.

Descrizione sintetica per sessioni del percorso formativo
La Facoltà dell’Errore è un progetto interdisciplinare di formazione, ricerca e produzione artistica focalizzato sul dialogo e lo scambio sui diversi Fare e Saperi dell’arte scenica, teso alla scoperta di punti di congiunzione tra teatro d’arte e business pratico. Vuole rispondere alle esigenze di completamento formativo dei giovani artisti e accompagnarli al mondo del lavoro. The Faculty of Error
It is a training, research and creation programme dedicated to young theatre artists who want to complete their training.
It is structured in six intensive sessions, each lasting four weeks, interspersed with five-month breaks. The next session will be held from 15 to 12 September 2025.
The educational project is aimed at actors and directors who have a general basic training and who want to consolidate their skills and acquire more specific ones through practice. It is developed through a combination of theoretical lessons, practical training, independent work, research projects and the creation of performances.
The work is practical in nature and consists of acquiring the techniques and stage practices of Teatro dei Borgia, actively participating in the processes of the company that will host the course at its headquarters in Sambuceto, 12 minutes from the centre of Pescara, providing its artists as tutors and teachers.
The sessions are intensive and require daily attendance 6 days a week for a minimum of 44 hours per week.
Some phases and special sessions will take place alongside the company during tours or in locations identified together with the project partners.
The creation of shows and their presentation to the public is also planned as an essential part of the training in theatrical practice.
The Faculty of Error is produced in collaboration with Arte del Teatro and Instabili 19.
TB
TB – Teatro dei Borgia (social enterprise) is an art theater company dedicated to innovation and contemporary creation, working to unsettle the world through theater and theater through the world. It is recognized and supported by the Ministry of Culture and the Puglia Region. MANIFESTO
Error is the word that unites art theater and the humanities: both suffocate without Error; both share the rigor and method of scientific research; both explore paths that only dead ends can reveal; both live thanks to the continuous predominance of new questions over the answers reached. There is no scientific discovery without curiosity and creativity; there is no theory that was not born from the “refutation” of what was considered known; there is no artistic creation that does not arise from an irresistible restlessness, from the desire to surpass previous boundaries. Art theater does not “tell” the humanities, it lives the method of science, its impulses, its “stumbles,” its conquests: hence, for many years now, TB’s commitment to promoting artistic activity in an exploratory perspective, passing on the deepest sense of endless research.
METHOD
The company’s work is oriented towards the research and experimentation of new artistic forms and encourages unprecedented modes of production, creation, expression, and enjoyment. For TB, investigating the person is the foundation of the work. TB actors immerse themselves in the social, economic, and cultural contexts they want to portray. Artistic research becomes an existential issue, inherent and consubstantial. Reality is the field of research on which TB works, and the pressing issues of contemporaneity are the source from which artistic work takes shape. Since 2015, TB has approached the process of artistic creation by immersing itself completely in real contexts, carrying out field research from which experiential works arise, proposed in community contexts and in a mode that breaks the traditional stage/audience relationship. TB puts the artist in a position to face the unforeseen with devotion, seeking Error. A process that advances through successive approximations, actions to be verified and falsified, errors that reveal and produce unpredictable trajectories. Rehearsals never end. The process is TB’s product.

Brief Description of the Training Sessions
The Faculty of Error is an interdisciplinary project for training, research, and artistic production focused on dialogue and exchange on the different practices and knowledge of the performing arts, aimed at discovering points of convergence between art theater and practical business. It aims to meet the needs of completing the education of young artists and guiding them into the world of work.
